Wise Consulting Finland Oy (WCF) is a professional consultancy company

based in Finland. Present in Vietnam since 2016, WCF has had an extensive

contribution to promoting the educational cooperation between Vietnam

and Finland, making it a trusted partner of organizations and companies

locally and internationally. We are looking for a local Business Development

Executive to work for its Representative Office in Vietnam. The Executive

will have opportunities to excel in business development by establishing

the ground and accelerating the expansion of an international

educational product of proven quality in the Vietnamese market.


2 years with possible extension based on performance, incl. 3 months of probation


  • Conduct market research for the purpose of developing the operational, sales and marketing strategies

  • Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Seek and contact municipalities, cities, private kindergarten chains and schools as potential clients and/or resellers.

  • Responsible for contractual negotiations to sell the services and reach an agreement with customers on prices and other related issues.

  • Utilize given resources to reach the target.

  • Deliver product training for customers and other partners when necessary.

  • Ensure good follow-ups activities and customer services after sales.

  • Support in customer management.

  • Support in managing sales consultants and resellers.

  • Regular reviewing and reporting of the implementation and progress of the above-mentioned activities.

  • Other tasks and responsibilities due to job requirements.


40 hours per week with possible extra hours due to job requirements.


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

  • Good English skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques 

  • Fast learner and passion for sales

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Knowledge in the field of early childhood education is a plus



  • Salary and commission

  • 13th-month salary

  • Vietnamese national holidays and 12-day annual paid leave if working full-time for 12 consecutive months. In case of a period of less than 12 months, the Employee’s annual leave shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis in proportion to the number of months worked.

  • Salary review after the first full year. A salary adjustment will be made based on the mutual understanding between the Employee and Employer –  

  • Basic social insurance based on Vietnamese Law after probation period
