The main goal is to bring in the best global education model to Vietnam and to provide its students with high quality education to pursue international higher education and careers after their graduation. TDTU has selected Finland as the system of choice to support the school creation, to create a Vietnam-Finland International School (VFIS).
The school will follow the Finnish education model and core curriculum with adaptations to the Vietnamese context. The VFIS learning environment will also reflect the best expertise and design from Finland.
The first academic year will start in Autumn 2019 with the Primary school (grade 1 to 5). The next following years, VFIS will have the Secondary and High school with the school maximum capacity of 2500 students.
